2010 CMEA Clinic-Conference The 2010 Clinic/Conference will be held January 27^th – 30^th at the Broadmoor Hotel, Colorado Springs, Colorado. If you pre-registered for the conference a confirmation letter will be mailed to all active and retired members and non-members who pre-registered for the conference on January 15, 2010. The pre-registration window for the 2010 clinic/conference is now closed. All registrations from this point forward will be considered on-site registrations completed at the conference in January. Registration information is posted below. On-site registration is held at the registration desk in Broadmoor Hall at the Broadmoor Hotel. An on-site registration form is available in the clinic/conference tab of this site or the forms page of this site, do not mail or fax these forms at this time. You are encouraged to download, print, and complete one of these forms prior to arrival at the conference in January to save time during the registration process. Registration times are as follows: Wednesday- January 27^th- 6 pm - 9pm Thursday- January 28^th- 7:30 am – 5 pm Friday- January 29^th- 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Saturday- January 30^th- 8:00 am – 1:00 pm ARE YOU INTERESTED IN ATTENDING ONLY ONE DAY? THIS OPTION EXISTS ON THE ON-SITE REGISTRATION FORM. YOU MAY REGISTER ON SITE OF A ONE DAY CONFERENCE FEE. REFER TO THE ON-SITE REGISTRATION FORM POSTED UNDER THE CLINIC/CONFERENCE OR FORMS TAB OF THIS WEB-PAGE. An official receipt for registration will be contained in the registration packet at registration. CMEA does not have the staff or resources to honor requests for receipts prior to this time If immediate credit card receipts are required for accounting it is requested that you pay by check rather than credit card.
