The 2012 Clinic/Conference will be held January 25^th – 28^th at the Broadmoor Hotel, Colorado Springs, Colorado.  If you pre-registered for the conference a confirmation letter will be mailed to all active and retired members and non-members who pre-registered for the conference on January 16, 2012.

The pre-registration window for the 2012 clinic/conference is now closed.  All registrations from this point forward will be considered on-site registrations completed at the conference in January.  Registration information is posted below.  On-site registration is held at the registration desk in Broadmoor Hall at the Broadmoor Hotel. An on-site registration form is available in the clinic/conference tab of this site or the forms page of this site, do not mail or fax these forms at this time.  You are encouraged to download, print, and complete one of these forms prior to arrival at the conference in January to save time during the registration process.

Registration times are as follows:

Wednesday- January 25^th- 6 pm  - 8 pm

Thursday- January 26^th- 7:30 am – 5 pm

Friday- January 27^th- 8:00 am – 4:00 pm

Saturday- January 28^th- 8:00 am – 1:00 pm
